Shipping & delivery

Every order ships free from our Johannesburg warehouse by courier, anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery times

• Major metros: usually 2–3 working days.
• Outlying areas: usually 3–5 working days.
• Orders placed after 12:00 or over a weekend are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by SMS or email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, so you can follow it to your door.

Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If something is wrong, message us straight away and we will update it before dispatch. Couriers require someone to sign for the parcel.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo before unpacking further and email us at rebornbeautycustomersupport@gmail.com the same day — we will sort out a replacement.
